After successfully placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Because our products are made to order and can enter production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Contact us immediately. If production has not started, we may be able to help. Once an item enters production, changes are generally no longer possible.

Our current tees use a comfortable unisex fit. We recommend reviewing the size information on the product page and comparing the measurements with a shirt you already own.

Choose your usual size for a classic fit. If you prefer a looser or more relaxed fit, consider sizing up.

Because each product is made specifically for your order, we generally cannot offer exchanges for an incorrect size selection. Please review the size information carefully before ordering.

Producing items after an order is placed allows us to offer original designs without creating unnecessary inventory and waste.

Our products are fulfilled through professional print partners in our print-on-demand fulfillment network. Production location can vary depending on the product, availability, and delivery destination.

We work to represent our designs accurately, but slight differences can occur because screens display colors differently and printing results can vary slightly between garments and materials.

Because items are made to order, production takes place before shipment. Once your order ships, tracking information should be provided when available.

Delivery timing depends on production time, your destination, the shipping service selected, and carrier conditions. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout.

International shipping is available for eligible products and destinations. Availability and delivery estimates depend on the product and destination selected during checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order, destination, and available shipping method.

When tracking becomes available, you should receive tracking information associated with your order.

Contact us as quickly as possible. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Once production or shipping has progressed, an address change may no longer be possible.

Because MadeInPinas products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, incorrect color selection, or buyer preference after production.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue. After the issue is reviewed and verified, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement or refund.

You will not usually be required to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically request it.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location and the payment services currently available.

Payments are handled through Shopify and the payment providers displayed during checkout. MadeInPinas does not need to receive your complete payment-card information directly.
